Where we are, when we are open, and how buying cannabis works on Koh Samui in 2026.
We have two shops on the island. Bo Phut, at 90 Moo 3, Tambon Bo Put, right next to Central Festival. And Mae Nam, up on the north coast. Both are on our shops page with maps and directions.
Yes. Both shops are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays.
Yes, both Snoop Weed shops stay open around the clock, which is unusual on the island. Most places on Koh Samui close in the evening.

Cannabis is legal in Thailand within a medical framework. Since June 2025 cannabis flower has been classified as a controlled herb, and recreational use is no longer permitted the way it was between 2022 and 2025.
Under the rules introduced in June 2025, buying cannabis flower in Thailand runs through a Thai prescription, the form is commonly referred to as a PT33. A foreign prescription or medical card is not a substitute. Ask the shop you visit how they handle this.

No. Public consumption is treated as a public nuisance under Thai law and can carry a fine of up to 25,000 baht and up to three months imprisonment. Beaches, streets, parks and anywhere near a temple are off limits.
No. Never carry cannabis across an international border or through an airport, in either direction. It is illegal to take cannabis products out of Thailand.
